These are the easiest, healthy and delicious cookies you will make. They come together under 10 mins and cook in 15 mins. These cookies are fantastic for breakfast or a post-workout snack or for dessert! They're vegan, gluten-free, sugar free, and have no added oil. They are great to do with little people. They are crispy on the outside and soft inside, great on is one or with a glass of plant milk.
Smash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Preheat the oven at 170C.
Add the ground linseeds to the oats and mix. Now fold the banana and peanut butter. You can add some extras now, I add goji berries.
Set up a baking sheet on an oven tray. With a spoon grab a portion of the dough and drop in in the tray. Shape it with your hands into a cookie shape. Bake for 15 mins.

You can add any extras you will like, you can fold them into the dough or add it in the top.
