Prep Your IngredientsGive the coriander, lime, chilli, and avocado a good wash. Roughly chop the coriander and add it to your blender along with the avocado, garlic, miso paste, black pepper, and chilli (if using).
Zest, Juice & BlendZest the lime straight into the blender, then cut it in half and squeeze in the juice. Add half the water and blend until smooth. Taste your dressing and add more water if needed to get your perfect consistency.
Serve or StoreUse your dressing right away on salads, grilled veggies, or noodles. Or store it in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
For a milder spice, use jalapeño or green chilli with the seeds and membranes removed. Start with a small amount, then blend and taste—add more if you’d like extra heat.
Adjust the consistency: Begin with half the water, then add more as needed to reach your ideal creaminess.
If the dressing tastes a bit too sharp, try adding half a date or 1 tsp of date syrup for a touch of natural sweetness.
