Welcome to my blog. Here you will find nutritious and delicious recipes. I started this blog as my personal cookbook with my favourite healthy plant based recipes. I do obsess about bringing healthy ingredients and methods to my meals. I avoid sugar and use very little salt and oil in most of my recipes. I also don’t like waste so I try to use and reuse what I can. I hope you enjoy my recipes and keep coming for more.

A bit more about me!

I studied Art and Design and later, 3D Modelling and Animation. I’ve been a CG Artist for 15 years now. I’ve always had a passion for food, healthy habits and a love for animals.

My family are big foodies and we always spent lots of time in the kitchen cooking and eating around the table. 15 years ago I noticed I was lactose intolerant and since then it became worse. I started to investigate what dairy and other foods do to our bodies. I stopped eating meat when I was 18 then reintroduced some on and off in my late 20’s/early 30’s, and then cut it out completely 8 years ago. I turned completely plant based 3 years ago and have never felt better. I embarked on this journey of creating healthy meals that taste delicious and are good for the planet and animals. I try to incorporate and keep updated with the latest health research and advice. I’m a big follower of Dr. Greger and his nutritionfacts.org project. It is not about being perfect; it is about trying our best for us, for the animals, and for our planet. April, 2023
