What started as a personal collection of my favorite meals has blossomed into a space where I share my passion for wholesome cooking.
I’m all about using fresh, healthy ingredients while keeping things simple—minimal sugar, salt, and oil, but maximum flavour! I hope my recipes help make your journey to healthier eating a little easier and more fun. Stick around and enjoy!
A bit more about me!
I’ve always had a passion for art, design, and food! After studying Art and Design, followed by 3D Modelling and Animation, I’ve spent the last 15 years as a CG Artist. But food has always been a huge part of my life—my family are big foodies, and some of my best memories are from cooking together and enjoying meals around the table.
About 15 years ago, I discovered I was lactose intolerant, and it only got worse over time. This sparked my curiosity about how dairy (and other foods) affect our bodies.
I stopped eating meat when I was 18, for the love of animals. In my late 20s and early 30s, I reintroduced it a bit, but about 10 years ago, I decided to cut it out completely. Then, 4 years ago, I transitioned to a fully plant-based diet, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health, the animals, and the planet.
I’m always learning and evolving, keeping up with the latest health research. I’m a huge fan of Dr. Greger’s Nutrition Facts project, and while I believe in trying our best, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about making better choices for ourselves, the animals, and the environment.
